E-ZOIL, a manufacturer of performance-enhancing fuel additives and cleaning solutions, has acquired Specialty Products, a leading manufacturer of gel-based air fresheners.
Combined with their 2019 acquisition of Emulso, E-ZOIL says it is now well-positioned to benefit from a product offering that runs the chemical gamut from liquids to solids to gels.
Specialty Products currently manufactures gel air fresheners under privately labeled brand names. These products are found in large retailers such as Home Depot and Walmart. E-ZOIL intends to use Specialty Products’ industry-leading capabilities and proven track record of innovation to offer gel air fresheners to its vast customer base, the company says.
